JF Debourg

Jean francois Debourg has been growing grapes for 20 years now, but it is only recently that he has started making his own wines. Thanks to his long experience, he decided to vinify only his wines naturally, with indigenous yeasts, without added sulfur.

His 20-hectare estate is located in the Pierres Dorées region of Beaujolais, on a mosaic of terroir that the winegrower uses diligently.

The gamay is declined on flint, clay limestone, granites, alluvium… Wines always with pure and bright fruit but with surprising substance and structure.

The winemaker is humble and generous, he welcome us on his domain with a touch of pride when he looks at the rolling vineyards, dotted with houses in sunny colors.
