From the Eastern Pyrenees, Christophe’s wines have a fruity character without being heavy, they are complex and elegant.

This particular region between sea and mountain has a multitude of terroirs and climates that can be mild and dry or cold and humid in the mountains, which allows Christophe Guittet, passionate winemaker to have fun with his vats and create ever more amazing wines.

Passionate about cooking, he seems to act in the cellar as well as in the kitchen:  with a lot of creativity and enthusiasm.

Blanc de Noirs, wines with long macerations, wines aged in barrels for 36 months, sweet wines, mutes… there is plenty of possibilities to  satisfy your curiosity!
